# Cassandra Vector Database

> Use Cassandra as a vector database for your Knowledge Base.

## Setup

Install cassandra packages

```shell theme={null}
uv pip install cassandra-driver
```

Run cassandra

```shell theme={null}
docker run -d \
  --name cassandra-db \
  -p 9042:9042 \
  cassandra:latest
```
